The first question is probably one for the mighty Tom Allen, but if he's not about then someone else might know.

I was filling my AIR reg on Sunday and as I started to fill it began to vent AIR out of the side. After a fired a few shots it stopped and then began again after about 30 seconds. After a lot of fiddling I found that I could fill the bottle up ok, but the output PSI would gradually rise up till it hit 850psi and then start to vent, it I fired off a few shots the output would go down to whatever I set it to and stop venting, in this case about 450 psi, if you watched the digital display it the output PSI would creep up to 850psi again till I started shooting. Very strange indeed. Now Tom this is the reg I bought a while back where I bought 2 and you had one. The guy reakoned you had only serviced it recently but Will it be the case that it needs doing again! Or can I strip it lube it up and put it back together again.

Second question, I also notied my Shocker allows me to fire in vision mode at a very reduced rate, but in none vision it ripped. It wasn't until the end of the day when I was wasting the last of my paint that I noticed that when my eggy was empty the shocker still shot in vision mode at the reduced rate. I know some one will say it's something to do with the eye but suprise me!! :D Oh and I'm using the old Pre M3 dynasty board.

Shocker question:

Am guessing your eye is doing the same as a eblade works when the eye is on and no paint..

If you fire with the eye on and no paint/broken eye/very dirty eye (so it still registers no paint) then the bolt cycles very slow so basically theres no chance of a chop, opens up for ages then closes slowly then fires..then waits then opens then fires etc. Because it doesnt detect paint it doesnt know wtf to do.

I am relating this to how an eblade eye logic works, could be completely wrong tho.

If you were firing in vision with paint and its slow, your eye is either faulty/dirty/fooked/not set properly.

Don't use the F word, I've only just bought the bloody thing! And new eyes cost a F**kin fortune!
I'm hoping it's just a dirt thing or the settings are screwd, although I dont think I can set any eye settings on the old Dynasty board.

clean the eyes out but im afraid its probably fooked - the board will let you shoot at a 12bps max setting when it thinks you have an eye problem .

the eyes are very easy to break. When I got my shocker the eye was gubbed and i know people who have broken thiers. If you have taken the grip frame off at all then you might have pinched the ribbon when u stuck it back in.

Clean the eye out and any other rubbish along with it. and try again.

It sounds like the main seal has a bit of crap stuck to it, it's too slow a leak to be anything major. It may clear itself or need a new main seal. I can send you a main seal, or send the reg to me and i'll throw one in for free.

****!

Tom about the angel reg, I'm going on holiday and won't need it for a while. If it's easy to change could you send me one and tell me how to do it, I am quite technically minded or if you send me you address I'll get it posted to you, I'll also shove a cheque in with it to cover postage back if you like.

Dskize - Yeah I'm fully aware of the SP courier policy  I wanted to buy an AA front. £22 with 10% internet order discount. + VAT + Postage = £35!!!! Some saving for using the web.

I'll give it a clean with a damp cottonwool bud thingy and hope I ain't pinched it anywhere.
