Excellent condition as only used once, just been sat around not doing much so seems a shame for it to not be used.

i dont think so i think the lowest it goes is 10.5 that on my marq virtue i think all virtue boards are the same

Yeah iit can as all modes are fully customisable so you can cap to 10
