LEAVE IT ON FACTORY SETTINGS!!!
Flash builds and tests the PCB to work at its best for the marker design and he is an electronic GENIUS! If he builds them like that, why do you need to change???

mmm sounds to me like you are new to paintball guns? or possibly have been speaking to a chrono ref who doesnt know what he is talking about.
the dwell is the amount of time the solenoid stays open and can affrect the velocity of the paintball fired....it also affects other things but i wont get technical.
it sounds to me like you want to know how to set the velocity to the sites chrono limit...to do this leave the dwell settings alone, infact leave all the settings at the factory default untill the gun is well broken in. to adjust the velocity use the allen key which was packaged with your gun to turn the adjuster screw in the bottom of the inline reg.
i would advise taking 10 mins to have a read thru the manual also, its quite easy to absorb all the info needed to use the gun
