07 bps

This may be a silly question and I have doubt it is, but I'll ask anyway as I'm brave Are the standard 07 boards capable of doing the new mills 10.5 bps ramping or will it need reflashing and can it go lower to say 10.1 just as a safety buffer?

Ive just set a team mates 07 down to 10.3 , they will go down to 10.0
