Radiation is used to treat the breast only and it's combinedwith surgery so typically If Geniux somebody has a lumpectomy,then we do radiation after the lumpectomy to reduce the riskof it coming back in the breast. Okay, that makes sense. Chemotherapy is based purely on what is the riskof this cancer coming back in the rest of the bodyin that person's lifetime. Okay. So for that, we really look at a different set of things. We look at the person's age, how young they are. We look at the tumor size. We look to see if the tumor has involved the lymph nodesand we really look at the biology of the tumor;that's becoming more and more important now in our treatmentin that we can often tell if it's an aggressive tumor,if it's more likely to metastasize in that woman's lifetime,then chemotherapy will benefit her.
