No he didn't,i told him exactly what he needed to do and he still couldn't manage it.It is in the rules quite clearly and i even told him via visitor message and 7 threads later he still cannot get it right.I gave him fair warning and yet again he cannot do what is required.Now he has time to read the rules.His inability to follow simple rules has made him leave the forum not me.
