Right now Christmas and New Year is out the way and we are all going back to work and starting to earn money it is time for you all to dig deep and cough up some cash for our Hero's........ I am doing my bit by doing another Triathlon, 600 metre swim, 20 k ride (12.5 miles) and a 10k run (6.25 miles), I am not asking for a huge amount just what you can afford even it is £1 or £100 I will be grateful for anything I get, as will the charity.

Andy, As promised.

My eldest is about to face his seventh major op since he was wounded in July. Help for Heroes has been fantastic to all the service men and women who have given so much, please dig deep even if its only a fiver it all helps a great cause.

Thanks Jon and Chris, this is going to be tough but not as tough as what the guy's do on a day to day basis, and after like your eldest!

Thanks again to everyone I will update you all after the event.

Now few more pounds to go and we reach the target!
