I know its been a little while since launching Euro Paintball Tours, however we are finally in a position to firm a few details for everyone.
Euro Paintball Tours have the great pleasure of announcing the completed package for the forthcoming May and September Euro Big Games in Mahlwinkel, Germany.
The dates are
Wednesday 12th May 2010 to Monday 16th May 2010
Wednesday 8th September 2010 to Monday 13th September 2010
The package will consist of,
• Luxury coach travel which will include tea & coffee facilities, DVD player and toilet facilities.
• Return Ferry crossings from Dover to Calais
• Entrance fees for Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• All on site insurances
• Air fills for the duration, provided by HPAC
• 5 boxes of Premium grade paint. The organisers of the game will not allow any other paint other than that provided by them.
• A dedicated “Little Britain” Staging area. (We are the only players that will have a staging area, everyone else has to make do with the campsite)
• Bed and Breakfast at one of the local hotels. (We have secured all the rooms at the two nearest hotels)
• 3 Days of intense paintballing on one of the most spectacular paintball fields in the world. And the chance to test your abilities against Germans, French, Polish, Austrians, Danes and of course the Dutch!!!
We hope to make a small detour enroute out to visit a war memorial in Belgium if there is enough interest in this.
The Price for this Package is £650
We will require a deposit of no less than £150 to be paid by the second week in March, for the event in May. If you wish to pay more, you may do so. The balance will need to be paid 6 weeks prior to the event.
Cancellations will incur the loss of your deposit of £150. If you have paid more we will refund you the difference.
Spaces are limited on this tour and we have had a considerable amount of enquiries and provisional bookings already. Your deposit will secure your place on the coach and will be operating a first come served basis. There will be no preferential treatment based on the team you play for or you’re standing within the community.
