I need someone to design me a anno job on a marker

I have a good opportunity for someone who is a whizz at designing to do something a little special.

Template will be given and design limitations spoken about on application. Please guys i dont want just want someone who can do a little photoshop, want this done properly.

Have no problem paying for someone's time if the design is right.
