Yeah seriously bro, change your battery. If that doesn't work change it again. If THAT doesn't work turn your dwell up 1 or 2 ms. If you ask for advice take it. Your battery doesn't have enough juice to open the solenoid long enough to drie the rammer with sufficient force to open the valve fully, which is causing your velocity to drop. Change your battery.

Was it ok originaly or has it been like that since you've had it?
A bit more info will help us to help you.Std board?
Don't touch the dwell it'll only compensate for other issues.
Battery, solenoid,Lpr piston all could be causing the issues.
As said try the battery, reset the board to factory settings.
If you've screwed the upper grips screws in to far the solenoid can become damaged leading to inconsistency and low fps.
If you overwind the Lpr it can cause solenoid damage.

Tiffer I only mentioned dwell on the off chance it is set too low, hence the suggestion of going back to factory to set a level playing field to test from for other issues.

Have you tried changing to a new battery as previous posts suggested ?
(A good brand is necessary, ie duracell, energiser etc, cheap batteries can cause issues)

Have you performed normal maintenance on the HPR and LPR ?
Clean out and lube the HPR, making sure there are 16 shims on the piston. Check the seat of the piston is not damaged.
Clean out and lube the LPR, making sure the silver spring goes in first then the piston, and finally the gold spring. Check for piston seat for damage.

Take out the rammer and clean.
Change #11 o'ring on the rammer. put a drop of oil on front oring and the #11 oring.

Try setting the dwell to factory ( factory dwell = 10ms)

Inspect the selenoid for any damage, especially the area where the grip screws are screwed in.
Check QEV's, see if they are loose or damaged.

Not having a pop,no problem m8 but the OP appears to be a novice with intricate technicalities...
We need more base info hence the request and also the direction to reset to factory allows us to better help...;)
I'm not keen on advising the dwell as a primary course of action, from experience I've played with a self-appointed EGO "tech" and everytime there was an issue he'd say...guess what.....adjust the dwell...
