I would say 12.5 max mate , never had to use a higher dwell myself ..

although mines an 07 i have it on 12.5...but i raise it up abit on cold days.

Stock is 12.5 but a few people I know use 14.5 with lpr 1 turn in from flush for less kick worked a treat on my one

My 08 is dwell is set to 14 with one turn in of the lpr... reduced the kick in mine. 16 seems fairly high as it comes out the box with a stock dwell of 12.5.

What the gentleman above said, its also worthwhile having a read on pb nation for tuning guides so you get a better insight as to what it is your adjusting, your gun will love you for it, and you will love your ego even more
