personally i think lump should make a ruling on this.
in my opinion the bid of 640 was a late bid as it was after the aucction had ended.
if it is not a late bid, it should have been made clearer, when the last bid could be made.
no hard feelings if i am alone in this opinion but i would like a moderator to close this issue.

there is a chance he didnt consider the time it was posted
lump himself posted at 12:00 implying that it was over, should the post not have been at 12:01 if the 12:00 bid was not a late bid?
