Jade Goody yes or no

I didn't know the girl, nor did i know she died until I came across this thread.
I sympathize for her family, but cant say I'm overly upset. Also, I did not care about the whole media circus leading up to her death, she's left her family with enough money to take care of one and other and for that I think she has done well.

In short, I'm not overly fussed.


EDIT: I'd like to point out that I do sympathize with this situation, I've had to watch a loved one die and struggle through there last days, I just cant really get worked up about someone I knew nothing about.

why didn't she give the money to cancer research and treatment, her family does not need the money clearly she lives in a house thats worth 5 million, what about all the ****ing innocent people who die from cancer everyday or perhaps the poor *******s who are getting blown up in Afghanistan and get a 5 second mention on the news. Jade Goody makes my blood boil i'm glad shes gone although i do feel for her boys but in my eyes she is one selfish bitch. my family has lost 3 boys in the army in my lifetime and 2 people have died from cancer, although they were old, but still people get on and help out those who are going through the same thing now

Somewhat agree, will realy show the characters of her family in the future as to what they do with that money.

Im in the camp that she did the best thing she could for her kids, and I think everybody on here would do the same thing. She was the most irritating person on TV but she knew how to work the media and make a buck or two (which means she wasnt all too stoopid) If I was at deaths door im be doing my damndest to make a bundle of cash for my loved ones. Fair play to the lass I say.

Got to agree with Bon...Id like to see some good come out of the cash akin to a nice donation to cancer research.

No one's flaming, the guy who started the thread asked for a proper debate.

Nobody so far has flamed the woman for anything she did, in fact it was a good idea for her to make some money to leave with her children.

The only thing I object to was the massive media frenzy and politicians falling over themselves to apologise for her state of health. Why should they do that? They knew her about as much as anybody on here did, but spend more sympathy on her than anybody else.
