fill nipple hitting wrist

i have just got a new marker once the bottle is screwed on the fill nipple is hitting my wrist, so my question is can i swap the fill nipple and the pressure gauge over or do they have to stay where they are ????

Easiset way is to just drop a bottle o-ring in the asa and that will move it back a fair bit.

will i still get full pressure by it moving the bottle back with the oring ???

im pretty sure the gauge, fill nipple and burst disks are interchangable, but best find out for sure first.

Mine is exactly the same after fitting a Myth reg. Just got used to it though. Wouldn't know how much of a pain in the ass your's is though unless i had it in my hands

i ended up getting a new smart parts sis reg shorter fill nipple no more problems

i swapped mine over without a problem, but i cant remember if it was the gauge or the burst disk i swapped. but i do remember it was the only one that was the same size thread..

I think there are two air paths, one on the input side which is the Fill Nipple, Gauge and 7.5K burst disk and the other is on the regulated output with the 1.5k burst disk.

Saying that, its only a guess as we dont have the scematics of the regulator

I sure I read somewhere that it was possible to rotate the regulator in the bottle by lossening the small grub screws but I wouldent like to try it and if you do make sure the bottle is fully discharged of any air first, don't what you replying with less fingers than you started with.
