Sites and shops near Lincoln

Hi guys,

Been reading around and trying to find somewhere near Lincoln so that my mate and I can get down to spectate/have a chat etc with some folk who know their stuff.

I know of Combat Zone and Ancaster who both offer woodsball I believe - which means having to use rental kit I think? Does anyone know of any shops that aren't too far away? And similarly any training days etc we can get to so we can chat with like minded folk and learn?!

well i dont know any sites near you, but id say the classifides on here are a pritty good shop

as for the punter sities near you, if you go along enough, they may start letting you use your own stuff, and maby same cheaper paint for their regulars... lol

of you want to go to a fun day at a great sup air site may i recomend nemesis, its a brilliant site, not to far away from lincoln, learn some great tips from the other teams that go down there

as for shops..................................im clueless lol

With regards shops...I will probably buy a marker second hand, but I actually want to handle some kit and see what is on offer etc. At the moment, I feel like I'm navigating a bit of a minefield, even with the plethora of great information on this site.

Our main objective just now, is to try to figure out whether we want to get into woodsball or sup'air (or anything else that I've missed!). I get the impression that if you want to use your own kit, you need to be doing so with other people who want to use their own kit too. It's all a bit confusing at the moment.

i personally like sup air but everyone likes differant things, but what do you think you would like out them both ?

if you want to use your own kit you go to a something called a "walk on" you will also meet other players with there own kit.

I just Googled 'Nemesis paintball' and if the site I went to is what you're referring to, it's in Somerset which is absolutely miles away!

Lol, I picked the wrong website then. That place is still almost 2 hours though, will keep looking for closer ones for now. I don't mind travelling, but only once I know we're into it properly.

I'm between Lincoln and Newark - on the very outskirts of Lincoln. My mate reckons there is a 'do' in Sleaford on the 15th Feb so might head down there for a couple of hours if it all checks out.
