Well Done to Jim, Tim and the Warped Crew for an outstanding weekend.
Would have been easy for them just to run it at last years venue..
But Nooooo, they run it at a military base with so many rules and regulations to meet, they thought they had enlisted, on top of which they had a whole new set of problems which a new site brings, to overcome and stake their reputation on.
For this event to have run so smooth, came down to the time, effort and commitment Warped put into it, nothing less.
So I salute you
and hopefully the base commander did the same after counting all his multicoloured peacocks

Thanks to all at warped it was a great day. Im still acheing from all the walking, but i needed the exercise! Thanks to the marshalls for your hardwork and running around, and all vendors on site.
There was however, only one thing that let it down for me, and that was the fact that a kid of 16 had his Ego nicked by some fast fingered freddie. He had saved up for ages for that marker, for some ******* to take it just like that and spoil his day.
Does anyone know if he got it back?
If not, does anyone have info on it, in strictist confidence they can PM me so this can be put to rest, or if you took it and have an realised it was a mistake, you can send it to me and i will make sure it goes back to its rightfull owner.

the chap had put it down and wandered off and his mate put it in his own kit bag for safe keeping and then went on field. so all sorted

Wait a sec, he just put it down and wandered off!?! Not to sound harsh or anything but to put an expensive piece of kit down and just wandering off is a bit irresponsible, nay stupid, I know he's only young but dam. He's bloody lucky his mate put it some where safe. He'd really have no come back if someone nicked it. Still I'd bet he's learnt his leason! He wont being doing that again.
