Leaking Dye throttle bottle

Just got a bottle off someone on here and when I tried putting air in the bottle, air started to leak out of the small hole on the reg. Is that an internal burst disk that has gone? Is it changed by taking the reg off? If so whats the best way to take it off cos there doesn't seem to be anything to grip a hold of for unscrewing it.

i had this.

I had to send it to dye. It might not have been the same problem but im pretty certain it is as it was leaking from somewhere when i filled it. It was a long time ago though

Which hole? the fill nipple the burst disks?

Could i ask what bottle this is? as there diffrent issues with diffrent bottles that are easy to fix

There is a tiny hole on the reg, which i believe could be some internal burst disk on the reg but from what i remember the only way of getting at it is by taking the reg off and taking it apart.

Which i dont recommend doing unless you know EXACTLY what you are doing.

It only has one external burst disk and one internal as I believe these are the older bottles where as the new ones have 2 external. It is leaking from a tiny hole on the side of the reg. I know there is a collar that screws off which exposes the whole of the reg.
I am more than happy to take it apart. I am a qualified precision enginner and have dealt with a lot of things more complex than this.
I have stripped and cleaned regs before.

The Dye throttle is new to me. I would like to know the best way of how to remove the reg and fix the problem for this bottle.

Just to give you a heads up guys if anybody gets a problem like this. I spoke to Ash @ Dye and it's some kind of internal seal and it basically means that the reg needs a service and a clean.
