I've even considered it myself as a backup to my other 9 backups

Angel 05/06 are fantastic markers, much more robust that the others you're looking at. They will last forever and cost you next to nothing.

I have just picked up a Joy a4fly for the reasons Tom has said above.It has a lucky board so it run off a 9v so the rechargeble has been removed to lighten it up a bit

I have been flirting with SP Ions for a bit as I am waiting for a new EV for my 06, you wouldn't believe how much you need to do to an Ion to bring them even close to the performance of my 06!
