Anyone Speak To "Fish" ??

I'm still waiting for a pair of XSV pants off this guy, i paid him nearing 2 months ago for them now and there is still no sign of the goods - to be honest i'm fuming - he's told me countless times that he'd get them sent to me and still nothing - i've asked him for my money back and nothing. So someone please help me get this resolved before i take things further.
