I've just thought about getting myself a wii for Christmas but see that the robbing b*stards have stuck the price up! No doubt to drop it again for the Jan sales!
If anyones got a second hand wii for sale for sensible money give me a shout.

Don't know really. It's mine and hers gift to each other so I guess we could spend, depends on how many games it comes with.

tbh I'd just pay the going rate, get your warranty and register the console new to yourself. peace of mind, plus for like £25 saving its worth it in my opinion.

If second hand ones were around the £100 mark I could see validity in buying one, but as it stands even used consoles are expensive, so forsake a night in the pub and get a new one.

GAME have various bundles at £186 including a second game.

You're probably right about getting a newii!
£100 was around the mark I was thinking for a used console, up to about £150 with some games. I will have a look on fleabay otherwise will probably wait for the Jan sales.
In the meantime, if anyone does have one that they want to sell for a sensible price, let me know!

However, I have bought a 3 month old console for £150 with wii sports, wireless nunchucks and wireless controls. It's not the bargain of the century but the accessories would have cost nearly £100 so it's not too bad.
