ok, due to food and living expenses at university getting too high (as well as paintball expenses) i have got to sell this.
Overall condition is very good, no chips or dents, 1 small scratch on the screen but not noticeable.
Has the apple 2.1 software update so you can download app store applications straight to it.
can also jailbreak it to 2.1 so you can get access to loads of 3rd party applications.

also included are a set of brand new apple earphones still in box (so you don't get old ear-waxy ones.), which i will go out and purchase when payment is made, and a silicone case for it so it doesn't get as scratched.
