Scott-lad, I've got a Proto one. Can't remember the official size until I check the label but I'm certainly an XL and it fits me nicely.....

If you go for the Empire version, then get an L.

I've seen you. Your not to far off of my build. I wear an L in the Empire.

Remember that they are supposed to be tight fitting, not all baggy like a t-shirt. If they are too big, they ride up under your chin.

Come to think fo it, a bit like boobs really.... :eek
