Paintball barrel camera?

I posted a blog on the makings of my barrel camera, videos and all.
Done a bit of work on making a cheap mount since then. Rather than sellotaping it on, and as Foot suggested, the bike handlebar mounts from poundland work quite well. Just cable tie the camera on with a bit of foam (to absorb some of the kick) et voila, barrel cam mount for a pound (See pics)
Whole setup cost around £20

ive got 2 on the way dan ive been waiting for 2 weeks for them i will let EVERYONE no wot there like when they turn up

Most of the MiniDV cams on ebay are now hidden in things like watches, glasses, pens and keychains - meaning you can really cut down the profile or a barrel cam to almost nothing. The one I have is now relatively Archaic, in that respect
Oh, and poundland WERE (I'm not so sure anymore) doing portable phone recharge kits where you could recharge from a set of AA batteries through a USB connection. Perfect for recharging these cams on the go, as they connect via USB. You could go as long as you like, providing you have the memory

Lense is at the bottom, meaning you could literally attach it alongside your barrel, with hardly anything really sticking out.
they came this morning said u need to charge them 16hours for the 1st charge !!!
will post up some camera footage 2mora and some picsof them and by the weekend i will let people no wot i think of them
