Even more upsetting than the Russia/Georgia conflict, the Chinese human rights issues, and the Christmas Pringles crisis, is that Space Raiders prices have risen to 25p. Who'd pay 25p for Space Raiders? Communists, that's who.
its common practice for food companys to roll out old stock before they bring the new stock out. and so what people start buying christmas presents half way through the year so why not suply products for that demand.
Had a woman come into work yesterday asking about our prices for Christmas parties... I actually laughed in her face... she didn't take it as badly as I thought she would either.
cant really see why youd laugh. alot of places get booked up months before christmas. is there something wrong with planning a venue for a party to make sure its the best it can be?????
I'm already booked for a new years eve party @ end of this year
And Xmas officially starts on the 1st Sept for the supermarket industry, so preparing for it in July is quite normal.
To be fair the majority of the laughter was probably aimed at the fact that my company couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery, and considering the nature of the business thats quite worrying.
