I've done the google search, looked on acton village site, wdp owners site but I'm still confused: I have just bought an angel 06 speed and am shopping for barrels, barrel kits etc. Question; I thought the barrel threads changed with the 05 speed but it turns out there are more than just old and new threads.
Can someone advise what barrel threads are suitable for the Angel 06 speed? As I want to buy 2nd hand it would be nice to know just what other model barrels will fit, if any!

The Angel 06 speed has the new fine angel threads just as the g7 fly. Now this is where it gets slightly confusing, as the A1 uses the same thread but the back of the threaded section is shorter, so the A1 barrels will fit the 06/g7fly but you need a spacer ring.

I would have come straight to you but you must be getting fed up with all my questions by now!
I recently changed from Automags to Angels and am trying to get up to speed!
Absolutely loving Angels, have just put a G7 Fly cp trigger and G7 Fly board into an old IR3  That wasn't easy (The trigger!!!) and am looking to purchase and fit eyes to it! (I've also got a lucky/spitfire board but that was too easy because it already had a microswitch trigger lol)
Advice appreciated :D

Yes we did speak about it when I bought the board.
Very reasonable price to for the machining. I'm doing it all myself now though as I have a small engineering shop as part of my business.
Not sure what to do with the spitfire board now though as the G7 Fly bits came along cheap and seemed more of a challenge, besides, I love the look of that trigger. Also daft as it seems, I like the ni-mh battery idea
