Cheeky bastid :)
LOL

In truth, those that can remember it all back in the early/mid nineties, paintball would never have been the same without the old Preds/NWC 'frisson' and reading PGI would have been less interesting without hearing about Pete, Phil Ham and the Preds going Stateside. Without blowing smoke up anyones backside, it was the characters like Marcus and Pete, Jacko and Ledz, Bart and Rafe and ol' Big Nose that made it all great to be part of.

Though with all due respect I always wanted to play for the Preds Pete, sorry!!

I'll try and get a few photos up here of the truly good old days, being part of trailblazing a sport, brilliant experience!

!
No probs mate, the Preds were a better team than us (Nam) and as such, i think a lot of people would have loved to play for them in their purple period, and they had that purple period for some years which I think is testament to Marcus and the way he ran that team.
Me and Marc always had problems with each other but we always had a basic respect for each other and I never lost sight of his fantastic achievements for UK paintball, his team were the guv'nors for a long time in European paintball and for a time, in world paintball.

My team used to be known for less wholesome achievements but it was a different time then and I'm glad that side of things has long since been dispatched to the dead box where it belongs.

Still, great times were had by all and I wouldn't have missed them for the world.

OK here goes with a few of my old memories and characters ... and at the bottom is a competition worth 25 quid cash and a free Plat membership to the winner but it's not easy and if you ain't old school, you've got little chance of winning but anyway, here goes .....

This is the great 2E character of the All Americans who I used to play alongside and sometimes roomed with, he was tattooed from head to toe and had rings in places that best remain unmentioned ...eeewwww !!!!!!

Next up is the great Marcus Davis, captain of the only Brit team to ever really stick it up the Yanks; the Americans were rightly petrified of playing the Preds during their heyday

This is the legendary Heavy 'D' from Aftershock, a big man and a big player. I had to room with him on occasion and you can see from the pic he also plays host to one of nature's most active rectal regions.
It is rumoured, Hurricane Katrina, the one that devastated New orleans, began in Heavy's underpants ... I don't doubt it for a second

This is the best pic of Bonnie, the number one paintball pin up gal in the mid to late nineties. She was the face of JT paintball in those days and also the fantasy of many of paintball's spotty kids ....

This is where Bonnie begged me to pay her some attention during a photo shoot we were doing in San Diego .... I let her kneel there for some time before acknowledging her prone position ...

Finally I succumbed and let her touch my arm... she was forever grateful ... [/LSD intake]

This is the great Aftershock after we had gone for 3 World Cup championships in a row ...

And finally we get to the competition pic and my question is this, 'why would I have been really pissed off with this guy back in 94 I think'?

His name is Jay and that's all the clues you are gonna get.
I will however add one little condition to this, there is one sad, fat mofo who lives a pretty sad life waiting for the postman to come and will have recourse to looking this up and I will not accept his answer in any way ...which leaves the way open for the nicer people like yourselves to go for the prize ......

PS I put this last one in coz it made me laugh
