So.....

Just to play devils advocate here....

If PGI (p8ntballer.com) had more UK coverage would you still feel the same?

It's a question that probably merits it's own thread, but I'm too drunk and can't be arsed lol. I will say however that the demographic of these forums alone, justifies at least a few pages of PGI dedicated to UK ball!

There are UK based forums available (www.walkonzone.com for example) but UK tourney players don't use them, much the same can be said for the average UK ballers attitude towards working for what they want, sponsorship. We moan about wanting cheaper prices, better opportunities for getting into the big leagues etc, but when it comes to it most (and I mean nearly all) aren't prepared to get off their arse and to put the effort in and commit to actually attaining the goal.

When we see a step change in this direction, then maybe everyone will see the benefit.

This of course doesn't just stretch to the players. Site owners need to put the effort in to. Now there are a handful of people doing this at present, and more will follow if you support them. The future of paintball is in your hands!

Not per se. You can bet your bottom dollar that if and when those UK players play in a series that has a serious level of competition, rather than being a pub-league, PGI would start noticing. Demographics alone don't equal sales, otherwise the magazine would be about nothing but rec-ball.
