spraying a hopper

i have just traded hoppers and just found out the one im getting is clear, what i would like to know is would it be better to spray the inside of the shell or the out side and is there any tourny rules against two toned hoppers, i know about no orange/yellow

ps i take it the car spray paint would be fine

spray the inside and use a few coats of clear coat and it'll be good to go

...i chequered the out side of my white shells and did not need to clear coat it, but thats due to the type of paint i was using (montanna hardcore) is indestructable :D

but i'd recomending using automotive paints and clear coat on the inside

yer sounds good. could you post some pics cos i'm also thinking of doing it.
