Help with shocker boards

Hey all, just after a little help...

I have a nxt with a tag sportz predator board in it. I can not figure out how to use the settings, has any on got a idiot guide to as wich colours = wat and the surgested dwell, etc please

click on 10.0 and then shocker/nerve.

If its red, its the 5.0 code, if white its the 10.0 "ghost" code

I think I remember Ydna saying he can't provide manuals for team boards, not sure about pred/virtue.

Dwell usually runs in the region of 11-14 stock, the NOX kilo bolt lets you drop the dwell abit

i've just set mine mate, (well magic Dan has,) i got destructions off predator website. i'll try n find link.
P.S. they are a bitch to set.
