where can I fill a new bottle

You've got 2 sites close and a scuba shop in bristol. In cardiff you have a scuba shop with the right adaptor.

yeah tom allen, just got in contact with dive monkeys, the dive shop close to me, and they don't have the right adapter for paintball guns but have had so many requests recently that they have ordered one which arrives some time around wednesday or thursday

Ok, I just ordered a 4500 psi bottle to go with my first gun (etek ego) and just realised I have no idea where to fill it. Can I just take it along to a dive shop and get them to do it?

why do you want it filling up now any way ? are you not planning on going to site's to use it

I'd imagine he'd like to have a play with it at home, before he gets to a site.

exactly, I would like to put some shots through it before using it properly.

I do however have 2 questions about it, firstly is it safe to store the bottle at pressure for like a week or two?
secondly is it safe to dry fire the gun? I assume not.

No worries about keeping your bottle gassed up, and dry firing your gun is ok.
