What they are suggesting is that as text based communication is not your friend it may be in your best interests to phone said companies and ask.

But as DkSize says, get on the phone and ask. A lot of companies have media kits/pictures if you ask them, rather than relying on dodgy pictures from someone's phone on the internet.

A little effort goes a long way.
