Yes but I think that was a custom skin, this if I remember is one of the default ones.

not keen on the bouncing banner on the right and also the top banner advertising the euro 5 man why when it was cancelled and dont like the icon for when new post has been added would like it more pronounced ie change colour to a red text letter or somthing more striking
