right

i have 2 reloaders

1 is working fine, when its turned on (speed setting 1) it spins really fast and 1 push of the button makes the rip wheel spin about 250 degrees (i had put blue tape on it so i could judge it)

2 is fudged, on speed setting 1 it barely turns at all and one push of the button gets about 100 degrees speed 1 also

same battery pack used in both hoppers.
and theres no pinched wires in hopper 2

any thoughts?

is there any tension to the drive cone, oddly enough ive just had mine in bits, mine was too much tension.
yeah there is, but not much at all... so i thought it might be that and double winded the spring but its still way slow, so i put it back to the first bit and looped it over and still slow

does it spin easily on the rip drive, it could be a problem with some shell suck somewhere, or it may just be your motor that is dying.....
i know the guy i bought it form and he got it brand new, so the motor has seen a LOT less action than the one in hopper 1 :/ an yeah it spins as it should using the rip drive

a clue perhaps?

on the blue cup theres a circle around the bit where the rip drive comes through as though its been gouging against the blue cup

have you tried it out of the shells, just to make sure, and check the connection to the motor, if that isnt it im all out of ideas, sorry dude

edit - try swapping bits between both loaders until something happens, may be able to narrow it down, have a look in the gears too.

yeah its all out of shells, only thing i can see wrong is that maybe its a bit tighter to rotate it with the rip drive in hopper 2

slightly looser on hopper 1

duno what causes that :s

I've had it in bits, greased up what i could but i can't see what else is wrong?
Only thing i can think of is its the motor?
