Thanks guys.

I have to sit and tune 4 of these tomorrow.
Can anyone post up some ideal process for tuning dwell LPR etc for sweet spot.

3 of the guns are NEW, one is newish. None have ZICK at the moment.

I read that 1 turn in from Flush on the LPR then dwell up and down till velocity peaks...or something...

Looking good, although on the 1st pic it looks a completely different design to the 2nd and 3rd pics. *rubs eyes*

best way to set dwell is to keep dropping it a bit at a time whilst shooting over chrono, then stop dropping it when you see the fps start to drop :)
chrono marker to desired speed first
thats if anyone on pbnation has a clue about egos anyway :D

I built your Ego, Geo
Was a bonny gat that. As for setting it up my honest advice would be leave it as it is. Here at Planet we spend lots of time and money on R&D and like to think that the guns go out set up as good as they can get and the only thing that the customer needs to change is the trigger set up to suit there fingers. The zick kit is a good upgrade and you can drop the dwell a little with this fitted but you will not really notice the difference by doin this. Best thing to do with it fill it up with paint gas it up and go and enjoy shootin fools with it.:)

Tinkering ain’t easy
Very nice Skeet looks awsome.

As for tuning leave the dwell at 16 until broken in (approx 4 boxes) then turn the LPR 1 turn in from flush and drop the Dwell to 15 (this is without the Zick kit). I then proceeded to play about with the settings a bit (Ball 1ms, pull, 3.5ms, release 1ms) and that works very nicely in mine but all are different.
