so where does that leave reballing? they [the reballs] are most definitely not frangible, but neither are they penetrating......we do not consider paintball markers to be firearms because they fire frangible ammunition which breaks up on contact rather than inflicting a penetrating injury.
Its so hot when chicks know stuff. Especially Cop-Chicks.I can give you three answers which are positive for you:
(1) Paintball calibres are approx 6.8 and the biogradable fabric is breakable on contact - not lethal.
(2) It is a grey area in law at the moment - the police don't touch grey areas.
(3) The police will only be interested in air guns/rifles and pistols and its ammunition.
Unless of course they add an act or 2 next year it should not be a problem.
