Nike Total 90's astro boots are good for both.... played on astro...trained on hard ground... used at Masters Utoxeter in pooring rain (and mud) and still stayed on my feet :)

nice and light and if you look around and get last years style get them for £20 - 25 quid

PS
i have pro-joy golf shoes as good as money could buy and they would be like playing in cloggs

just get some plastic bladed football boots mate, they worked fine at campaign on turf and are wicked in the mud/grass to!

for turf I use gold shoes and gras I use American football shoes. It was tricky at campaign since they used turf and gras, due to the weather I used the football shoes.

i just wear astro turf trainers, no problems at all., Yeah you could go for field hockey turf trainers, they're more rugged and designed for being hit by big balls and sticks, but i used my old astro's in both hockey and paintball and theyve done great for both, only cost me £15 in the local sport shop ;)

I use some random moulded nike football boots.. they are fakes off ebay, but they have lasted 6 months so far and are still doing well.
Cost me all of about £12, and are bloody comfortable, and very grippy.
