It's a combination of..they really can't be arsed to go and find someone else because they believe he does a good job, which he does technically I agree but I'm afraid falls down when he comes to dealing with people.

They also believe that they can 'adjust' his customer interface problems and it's much easier to do it this way than have to bother looking for someone else.

The problem with this option is..he has already proved he cannot take direction or well intentioned advice and he was 'talked' to prior to pissing off many other people and so the Millennium Board already are well aware of his inabilities.

nice one..The fact is though this guy is an international representative for European paintball yeh..The Iran tournament (I read about) thats pretty heavy duty promotion for a person with bad people skills.
