Its really simple!
Push it into the road and park it up.
Put on a silly busybody voice and phone the police saying "there's a car in your street with no tax."
They will come round straight away because it's a simple easy no chase no risk of a kick in the balls sort of call out.
they squash it into a little square JOB DONE.
oh you might get some points but you could always say some pi**ed up local students tried to nick it but were too drunk on student loans to see it had flat tyres and they dumped it there.
