You may or may not be aware that my 30th Birthday is coming up. I will hit the big "Three-O" on Monday, 11th June. We have lots planned including a skydive and other crazy activities. One of the things I would also like to do is to put on a casual X-Ball Lite event at UCZ Paintball on Saturday, the 9th June.
Entry will be free to any teams that want to play, but I am asking for volunteer refs and guys to help set-up and take down the field.
Paint will be available at the usual prices or you can bring your own (as long as it isn't cheap, hard crap!).
We will also be having a BBQ following the X-Ball Lite and then a paintballers night out in crazy old Torquay, but I have to warn you, I will be staying reasonably sober because of the sky diving on Sunday.
We will be using the NSPL's brand new Millennium Field set-up in the Campaign D7s/M5 layout - first time this second new field of 2007 will be used.
Places will have to be limited, so get in early to make sure you bag your team's spot. I will confirm the limit on team numbers and a schedule in the next couple of days.
Finally, if we get enough teams interested, I will split the teams in to two groups. One for those blood-hungry teams made up of Millennium players and one for those less-experienced guys. I just want everyone to have fun, regardless of ability level.
So, get your teams together and post here to help me celebrate the big day.
