Dead viewloader

Got a Viewloader VL revolution with X board,

was working perfectly, then the low battery light came on, so naturally. i changed the batteries.
As soon as i swithced it on again it just stopped working, the LED flashed once, and there was slight movement from the wheel inside (hopper was near empty

and its just been the smae since, changed hte batteries again, switched it off and on a few times. nothing.


anyone had the same problem?

my revolution died during a recball game. been told the motor is shagged. perhaps the same problem? take it apart and check the wiring... if its good then probably knackered motor. chuck it and get a reloader 2 (not reloaderb) if ur needing a cheap recball loader. very good quality and nice profile.

thing is its not mine just borrowed it from someone for the day.

so i dont want to have to fork out for a new one if possible

I might not be einstein. but im not a retard either.

Batteries were in the correct way round
Tried the Expensive Energiser ones, and also durracell,

nothing seems to work.

I think the idea is to start with the basics. It is more often than not the simple things that are the solution.

In any case there is an ever increasing percentage of retards on these boards.

If you have tried all the above take it apart and check all connections to the board / motor. While you have it apart, sniff the motor and see if it smells burnt.
