No, that will no doubt come in another thread a bit closer to the event, but I'll stay out of that one. Not my place to judge other teams and I wish everyone the very best of luck. I just want to see the UK represented well.

Oh, and I take it we are going to have some good rivalry throughout the season eh? ;)

Amen to the comment about wanting to see the UK represented well this season. I'd be happy to see any of the UK Div 1 teams win it - obviously I'd rather it was us but I think sometimes you need to look at the picture...

On the topic of good rivalry; as long as its healthy sportsmanly rivalry, then count me in :D I've got no time for feuds and vendettas, there's not enough UK teams for that ;)

Another way to look at this Mikey - just about all the top teams ref an event, so they will be getting the maximum points for that round. So by reffing an event it makes it a level playing field, you haven't gained an advantage by reffing you just haven't gained a DISadvantage by not reffing.

it was good in the germany div 2 finals, both english teams cheering each other on and a lot of back slapping going on, shame we didnt get to play each other for 1st and 2nd !!
Yeah!! def a fantastic weekends balling in germany last yr.. will stay with me for yrs to come..:cool:

but this yr we will not be attending the 1st one due to new players and extra training. but will def be at the rest playing div 1...
