EGO barrel help

ive got an xsv o5 ego with a stock barrel

i want to change the barrel and im torn between

a dye UL and a freak?

antbody got an opinion?

i have opinions about many things i dunno if they would help tho

only jokin .

freak - ya can get 1 front and 1 back then inserts to change the bore size
dye ul - buy 1 front then everytime u wanna change bore size u gotta buy a new back.

may i suggest a lucky 2 piece barrel. cheap as chips and wicked good.

Ultralite mate, the freak may be multi bore but an 0.692 and maybe 0.688 back will sort you out on the vast majorty of paint. I've owned and shot both and much prefered the UL for accuracy & ease of use. It also looks better on an ego.

IMO though id wait for the Shaft II barrel. The shaft 2 piece on the XSVF is pretty good and should sort you out, there wouldn't be a huge change between the shaft one and UL.

If you put a Freak on an XSV Ego, you will forever render it utterly unsaleable.

Ok...maybe not...but...euuuughhhhh!

Shaft barrel, Dye Barrel, Redz kit etc...yum.

Even a Stiffi, very good.

All straight bore barrels are gonna shoot better than step bore. But the Lucky just happens to be the cheapest and lightest.
