If paintball (in any form) gained recognition as a sport - what do you think would change?

I'm mainly aiming this at players - rather than the 'back room' people (no offence intended).

Hmmm - well the first 3 replies are interesting. Where do you think these players and/or money would come from?

Media coverage? What sort of media coverage though?

BTW - I'm not trying to take the pi55 here - I am seriously interested in your points of view.

EDIT : Mikey seems to be on the right track ;).

Increase in ego sizes and attitudes. Increase in showy AGG ballers with skill bills going unpaid. More pub teams who eat sleep and breathe paintball yet are still no good.

I've thought this before, why would anything change? where would this cash injection come from? It's not as if the government will throw any money into paintball.

money would come from sponsers (probally not paintball companys), who would pay to have their logos on shirts and sup'air feilds etc:rolleyes:
