What about putting a bottle o-ring in the bottom of the oops. That will move the position back sligthly.

How about trying a reg wrap? Wilson wrist guard? Sweatband over the reg etc?

My case

reason being, the way my new oops is, when it screws in, the fill nipple is stabbing me in the wrist.

yeah my PMI one is like that, I just got a cheap fill nipple cover thats got loads of rubber on the outside.
