Actually - I think the MS was in incorporated in the UK last year or the year before - but that doesn't change that either they should not be charging VAT - or they should be able to provide us with documentation they did last year also.

Syd beat me to it - but it is then longer ago than I thought.
Would be interesting to learn if the company has been charging VAT in all that time - or it it is even the business entity that has received the entry fees
