Yeh weve had to turn away a couple of teams that we thought were a little bit above the standard of rookie this event and we had to last event as well, everyone no what standard they play at and were all out to have a giggle so i cant seeing it being a problem mate. But dave and myself no quite a few of the guys and we wont let ringers onto the field dont worry.

No news on field layouts yet, were trying to get everyones cheques in and fill this last place! guys if theres 5 rookies out there that want to give this a go get yahselves involved!

as dan (bunkamunky) says the aim of this tourney should be obvious and any non rookie turnin up wont be let on the field by both the organisers and dave by the sound of it
rightly so.

sorry, it's something i don't wish to discuss.

Lol, no. unfortunately nexus will not be playing :p

(from what i know)

It's just I've seen a fair few "rookie" tourney's fly by, and they have usually tried to make a statement about non "rookie" player's playing, i just wanted to check how you guy's are approaching it, and how you will enforce the ruling's.

Thankyou for putting my mind at ease Bunka Monky and Silky :)

Have a good evening, and a good tournament.

There were a few guys playing last time that I know have played other stuff before at higher levels, but at the end of the day everybody was there for the same reason and I didn't hear anybody pissing and moaning about it?

I think from the reaction on the day and what comments were left in the last rookie thread nobody had any problems with the way it was organised and everything ran smoothly.

Besides I would imagine somebodys gonna stand out from the crowd if they've been playing Div1.

PS - You got that disguise sorted yet #1? :D

That is fine, as covered by the others above as long as your not a ringer thats been placing in div 1 teams etc then it is not a problem.

If your just going out with your mates to have a laugh and maybe show them the ropes a bit its fine. At the end of the day its a rookie tournament, to get new people involved in the sport, anyone clearly playing well above the average level of play and taking it that bit too seriously, i.e bonus balling etc, we will pull you off the field.

But as all you from the last tournament know, all the judges are pretty friendly and will bend over backwards to make sure you have a good time. ;) wehey lol
