Ion need help

Ok i have a major problem. For xmas i got lucky stage 1,2 and 3...also a SP QEV. Now i have fitted all of it in. But unfortunatly i cross threaded the doughnut or i think i did. Now i have put my lucky bolt in the stock bolt holder and still got the QEV in. Now when i air it up loads of air rush's through the bolt. Anyone know why?

The one you slide the bolt into?

try this

check the o-rings on the entire fire chamber and the bit the donut goes on! if you are talking about the swivel donut right at the back then there is no thread! failing that put the old bolt back in and check it again! remember lots of lube and fresh o rings will stop most leaks!
if this doesnt help i will try n think of something else

Yes the doughnut at the back but i have to connect the banjos to it...and i cross threaded the banjo onto it

Dont use a spring with the V3 bolt.

Ok update here..i put back in all the stock stuff, kept qev and blackheart in.

And guess what..it works no leak...how do i stop it leaking with the Lucky 1,2,3 stages in?

hmm i getya now! ok not to worry you need to remove the banjo and re thread it! smartparts metal is made of clouds! once you have got it re threaded you need to wrap ptfe tape around it if that doesnt solve it look on the forums for random ion spares or get in touch with mk1 he might be able to get you a spare!
