I've had one for a while now, I'm just over 11,000. there is a vid of the 'powerball champ' get his to over 16,000 and nearly loses his arm

i just watched the powerball champ, dont actually understand what you do with it.

you try to make the internal gyro spin, this spin in turn creates forces against your arm hence the training aspect. I have the one with the lights inside .

to make the gyro spin you make small circular movements with your wrist - ooer!
