yes it is... you can see the breech and firing can section quite clearly in the third pic, and in pic 1 and 3, you can see the membrane pad too.

I have to admit dude, not my bag but that is freakin' awesome...Its connected to to the barrel which inturn is connected to the barrel block which connects to the main body,if that makes any sense

Urrmm,kind of,it has everything an Ion has but minus the trigger frame and plastic protective body.
