No you won't, AndyC14/Ash22 AND play_the_game as well as the whole UK Reapers team have been banned from the NQ for their scamming activites.

I strongly suggest involving the police and starting small claims proceedings if you want your money/or ETEK

I would also get his details from someone here, and get your parents to call his parents to try and sort it.
